We had our first pinewood derby and I will declare it a success. Drew won 1st place in his den. Then he raced for the troop title and took 2nd place. So now he gets to take his car to district. He worked really hard to try and be a good sport that night. He did a good job of encouraging others and saying uplifting things to all and not be rude by making it all about him. He only got mad at Cory when Cory would not allow him to use his car in the demolition derby that came after the awards. Great job Drew!
