So I am wondering if there is ever a time when things begin to slow down or have we just bit off more than we can choose. It seems as if time is flying by and even though we have fun with our kids and work on our house we are wondering is it just going to get faster. I remember when we had Emma and Drew was an infant. We would sit around and wonder if they were ever going to do anything. Now sometimes we just want them to stop and be a baby for a while. But I guess it will only get busier. We are graduating pre-school, finishing the basement, getting ready to visit both sets of grandparents, and finally planning Emma's birthday party. So much to do, so little time.
PS Does anyone have any clue as to how to throw a High School Musical party for 5 year olds. I am at a loss.

My answer = NOPE, I don't think it will slow down. I don't see any end of the tunnel from my view. But my logic is don't look for it just enjoy your time now. Great Conference quote " joy comes in moments" Live up those moments and just get by as best you can with the other madness of life. I bet Jen S. can give you some tips on Highschool Musical stuff. Their family is really big on that right now!
My sister in law had a HS Musical Party for her daughter's 6th birthday I think it was. She posted about it, if you want to take a look from my page click on Tammy and Byron, then go to there 2007 posts. It's a slide show in October. I think they played mucical chairs, did a little craft and had a cute cake in the Wildcat? colors. You might be able to get an idea there.
